nice but falls short (jld12, new orleans, 2008-05-13)

I was very disappointed in the mounting system. The gold boarders are cheap and tacky, and don't line up perfectly, letting you see that there is a break in the middle. I also had to slide the panels in, as there was no way they were going in the way the instructions indicated. Some of the backing that forms the picture was already pulling up at the corners upon delivery. I really wanted to love this product; it's in my den now, but it will probably be moved as soon as I can get over the frustration of hanging it, as it looks like it belongs in a kid's room.
