Through a Rainy Weekend (pgmfam, , 2008-08-26)

Very nice tent. Bought for Cub Scout campouts.PROS: Very roomy tent. It went up easily and quickly. One person could put this up, but two makes it so much easier. First night of use we had a steady rain - NO leaks!! Second night we had HARD rain - still NO leaks!! We did make sure nothing was touching the sides.CONS: Not made for cold weather camping. There is one screen on front and one on back (other than the windows) that have NO way to be covered and are open. These openings are high enough to give privacy in changing, but people can look in if they want to see what you have inside.CONS: The idea of the case becoming a hanging shelf is great, but the area you have to hang it would be right in the way. The little mesh holders built into the sides are fine if you have very small items to put in them (like a cell phone or iPod) but really not much bigger.
