Great bargain (LucainPenn, Pennsylvania, 2008-01-30)

This is a nice, basic phone. It rings, you answer it, you chat, you hang up. What could be simpler? It doesn't interface with your computer or take pictures of your dog. It's a phone, plain and simple - and that's all I was looking for. It's true that you can't cradle it against your shoulder, but you can't do that with a cellphone, or any other very small handset. If you're a chronic cradler, this is not the phone for you. But if you want a good phone at a good price, this is it.

But there is one Flaw. When you hold the phone under your chin to free your hands to do something else, your face hits the "off" button and disconnects the call. It happens to me and my wife frequently. Bad physical design. Dollars to donuts, there is no better value than a vtech, but I would purchase a different model '

Great bargin for price (mpmshopper, Nashville, TN, 2007-12-10)

Very satisfied with this product. My only issue is that it is smaller and more narrow than most and when cradled against head and shoulder/neck I often end up disconnecting it. But the features are great and the quality is excellent. So I'll learn how to hold it in time!

Not a bad little phone, but don't lose the handset. There's no page button, nor is there a setting [that I've found so far] to lower the ringing volume. But overall, it's a phone, and it does phone-like things. Just don't let your couch eat it.

good for basic phone (foammattress, va, 2007-10-30)

The sound quality is not equal to a higher priced phone, but it's adequate for a basic second phone. The handset is smaller than my main phone, so it's not my favorite for long calls. I have not used all the options yet.
