Great Buy Great Product (Juiceinkuwait, KS, 2008-10-11)

Been a Vonage user going on 3 years now. I had to by a replacement for an adapter that went bad and my batteries were starting to lose their charge. I came across this on Overstock.com and found that this same Vonage phone set was 100.00 cheaper than what I had to pay for, for the original I had. The difference is that this is refurbished but comes factory sealed inside of a VTech box. My original came shipped with "Vonage: Vtech" so I was paying for the name Vonage on it. I highly recommend buying this phone set off of Overstock.com, very fast shipping as well so there is no waiting.

DO NOT BUY (DONOTORDERPHONE, , 2008-03-19)

The manual is not compatible with the phone. It was incredibly frustrating trying to connect the phone. The i.p address they give you does not work. I finally called vonage from a cell phone and have been on the phone with them for over an hour and still am having no success. DO NOT ORDER THIS PHONE THE PRICE WAS GOOD BUT IT IS TO MUCH OF A HEADACHE, NO SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vonage Handset (smchenry75, Indiana, 2007-11-02)

I ordered a vonage package consisting of a phone router and 2 handsets. I really only wanted the package for the additional handsets to add to my existing system. Everything arrived on time but there was one surprise. This was a Vonage system marketed for Canada. I got everything installed and it ended up working fine but when I ordered it, it should have explained that this was Canadian but that it would work fine in the US to avoid any initial shock.

Good phone (Nkolo, Brooklyn, New York, 2007-11-28)

It took more than one week to receive this phone. I could not install it to work untill I contacted vonage. The manual does not have the troubleshoot. It works very good with a good reception,and without phone cables. I love to hear it ring.I will tell my friends about this phone. Thanks Overstock

When I ordered the phone, it didn't say that it was only for use with Vonage but it worked out anyway because that's what I had. For future customers, the ad should be a little more specific.
