Valentines gift box (Tsmith228, Alabama, 2008-03-05)

I sent this box to my Daughter and her family. The box was great, very nice..BUT the message I wrote was NOT included in the box, and they had no idea who the gift was from. I finally had to ask them if they received it. I thought that was quite tacky, But had no idea of whom to call about it..

Probably could've gotten the product other places or even created it on my own, but Overstock made it so easy, shipped when promised, received well before promised. Experience could not have been better.
