Product arrived 5 days after I placed my order; package a little roughed up but contents undamaged. Went together in 40 minutes with the help of a portable drill and the right bits. Very sturdy and comfortable. Minor imperfections on wood finish, not noticeable if you are not looking for them. My first purchase from this merchant, glad I did it, and will look here again in the future. The return item policy on large items seems a little draconian though. That made me hesitate ordering for a few days.

Excellent buying experience for first timer! Great looking product for price point. Looks well in home office. Arrived on the 3rd day as listed during the peak of holidays. Very happy with purchase. The chair sets comfortable, The size of chair lends itself not to the big are tall. The seat is smaller and the arms are short, but, still a great buy for monies paid. Not leather, but shows well. I believe better made for home office than commerical use. Enjoy!
