Great information (1gratefulpersonaltrainer, Clayton, NC, 2008-01-06)

I decided to buy this book after reading alot about Ms. Reno and clean eating in a fitness mag. I frequently buy. As a personal trainer it was frustrating to do all the "right" exercises and still not see the desired results. After following this lifestyle change for just a few days I can already see a difference in my waist size, also, I have eaten more fruits and veggies in the past few days than ever before. Not a quick fix plan, this takes some diligence. Great colorful pictures and easy read. If you're looking for something different give this a try. Also, Overstock had the cheapest price on the web.

GOTTA GET IT! (Holmac, East coast, FLA, 2008-01-09)

This is truly a great book for anyone that is serious about changing their lifestyle and really losing weight, forever. Not a fad diet or really even a "diet" book- it's a lifestyle book. Well written in an entertaining manner, by someone who lived an unhealthy lifestyle, then was able to make the change. Read it & do it & you won't be disappointed. Her suggestions for shopping list, how to handle the grocery store and what to keep in the "pantry" are awesome. A true must have for anyone that wants to break the cycle or yo-yo type diets and general unhealthy habits.

You definitely have to train yourself to get in these habits, but it is all truly worth it. You will look forward to your food- I know I feel better not putting all those chemicals(add ins from manufacturers) in my body! I am a mom of five and they have complained some about a lack of choice- but they're getting used to it. They are eating more oatmeal and egg-whites(they don't know that I toss the yolk)fish and tons of veggies-how can you go wrong with that?? Thanks Tosca!

Very easy to read and straight to the point.I love this book .I wood spread the word to my freinds.Great way to get started to losing weight.I never dieted before so ,this book was a great way to start a new way of eating.

Delivery within about 4 days, right price, excellent quality. I am a personal trainer, so I try to keep up on all of these books, so I can recommend them to clients,and this is one of my personal favorites.
