Great product for the price (LilbttCA, Livermore CA, 2008-05-23)

After reading some of the other reviews, I went ahead and purchased this set. I was more than pleasantly surprised on the great quality of this item and the matching pillows made it look fabulous! Someone wrote it was too gold, which I do not believe is the case at all. Much nicer in person than in the picture and fabric is great, different than it looks its coarse material, I thought it was going to be silkyish, which is why I was hesistant to buy it. The reason for only 4 stars overall is because the bed skirt does not have the slits at the bottom, which makes it difficult to use on certain style beds like my own. Luckily I have another one that matches that I can use with this set, otherwise it would have ruined the whole look. I think that is important for people to know.

Tahiti Jacquard Comforter Set (prunepicker, Oklahoma, 2008-07-13)

Just love this Comforter set. I'd been looking for months for something new for my spare bedroom and found this. Believe me, the price on this is so great (because of the good price I hesitated for a while to make the purchase.) But when it was delivered and I touched the fabric I couldn't believe how substantial and soft it was. The colors are pretty true from the web picture. I only wish I had been able to purchase it with coordinating sheets/pillowcases. I later ordered the throw pillows after hesitating because I'm not much of a "fringe" person but they are very nice and look nice on the bed. If you like the colors don't hesitate to order this set. You won't be disappointed.

Tahitit comforter set (luvsdogs, , 2008-06-22)

I think that I am the only person that isn't too crazy about this set. I bought the set because I have sage green walls, and I thought it would look good against the walls. The comforter is just way too gold for my taste. I wish it had much less gold and more sage and burgandy. The comforter also snags very very easily and is a bit shiny. I will say that the bedskirt is really pretty and very well-made for the price of the set. The comforter only stayed on my bed for a few days. It is way too heavy to use in the summer. I bought another comforter set from Overstock that went on my bed.

Expensive Tropical Look (88IRISH, FL, 2008-03-24)

After searching stores forever for a deal I took a chance on something that i would normally need to see /feel. Awesome fabric that is durable if you dont abuse it. The colors are much deeper and more vibrant in person. Get the pillows as they are just as great a deal. It will complete the set. You wont want any other pillows as the fabric and design are so great that it would just take away from it. It you are looking for the Tommy Bahama look ...buy this. I usually never leave feedback but this set was that good.

Tahiti Jacquard Comforter Set (susiesnow, chicago,IL, 2008-01-06)

I was very pleased with the quality of the comforter,dust ruffle and pillow shams.In the picture description it states the color as red, however it is more of a burgundy or wine color, which is what I wanted.The set is very rich looking and really complements our brass bed with the gold backround .I also ordered the three pillow set, which was a real bargain, especially with the price of decorative pillows. Again, the quality was very good and completed our bedroom.
