Do it opposit (Behan, NY, 2008-02-16)

Really impressed at the quality when we opened it it . It was sturdy however when we went to put it together though ..oh no it's broken. At each end there is a foot that you twist in to the pole so it suspends at floor & ceiling. The threads on it wouldn't catch. A friend then looked at it for us and realized it was threaded in the wrong direction so it just meant twisting it in the opposit direction & it caught fine . So remember instead of twisting to the right to tighten, just do it backwards and all will be good. Good deliever works fine so far. N

Mighty Hang-It Bike Rack (Kentuckybelle, Lexington, KY, 2008-01-16)

Tried to get one of these from local bike shops and all were way above this price. This model takes a bit of getting used to regarding how you turn it to make it fit to the ceiling and keep the "feet" straight on top and bottom. It hangs one bike easily, seems strong enough for two. Might be more appropriate for men's bikes, as the woman's bike does not hang as well. If you have a small space in garage or porch or apartment, and cannot put holes in walls or ceilings, this is the one for you. Simple construction and assembly.

Compact and light weight. Easy to set up and take down. Place heavier of two bikes on lower rack. Make sure you extend to fullest extension. Be careful of the type of finish of your ceiling, because you twist the rack up to the ceiling there is rubbing and might leave black marks or damage a textured ceiling. We are using it in a one bedroom apartment and it does give us more space. We will be taking it with us to use in our two car garage when we move.

Love this Product, i actually called another company that sold it to find out if this product can be used on a sloped ceeling , Yes it can . I purchased it from The O because they had the best price. Mighty hang it Bike rack (CACTV, New orleans, 2008-07-27)

The rack is everything I expected. It saves room, it's strong and durable, and easy to put together. The only thing is, my bike does not hang evely. The rear tire hangs lower than the front...no big deal. I would recommend this product. The item was shipped in a timely manner.
