Happy with this purchase!! (VTchick, Herndon, VA, 2008-08-13)

I purchased this slipcover for a wing chair that we moved into our bedroom after purchasing new livingroom furniture. This is a great way to repurpose a chair without spending a ton of money on reupholstery. I picked a neutral color that can be dressed up with pillows. Unfortunately the one making the most use of the chair is my cat! The fabric is a stretchy knit and has a slight ribbing but it is not a heavy fabric like cordoroy. It was also very easy to put on the chair and has velcro stabilizers to keep it in place. I am not sure how well this would stay in place during heavy use but for my purposes it was perfect and I have received compliments on how nice it looks.

I purchased the slip cover for a wide wing back chair and although the slip cover fits and the chair definitely looks better than before, it is not very clean look or fit. There are a lot of wrinkles in the corners and I don't have areas to tuck a lot of extra fabric in so you can definitely tell that I have a slip cover on the chair. I would recommend this slip cover for a chair that sits in a corner somewhere and that pillows and blankets can be added to cover some of the wrinkles and creases. Overall, it is still pretty decent for the cost.

. I purchased 2 of these to cover 2 ugly wing back chairs that I found at a thrift store. I was a little worried about purchasing these because my chairs are smaller them most wing back chairs but they look AMAZING! The covers look custom made and the color is a lot richer then it appears in the picture (I purchased sage). This same style is about twice the price on Sure Fits website so its also a great value! I would recommend these to anyone that is looking to cover a wing back chair!

This slip is a good fit for our large chair; unfortunately, it arrived with a small tear in one of the side seams, so I'm not sure if I'm keeping it. The fabric is extremely stretchy, which makes it a good fit for a lot of chairs. The fabric is rather thin, but not see-through. My chair is a blue-checked chair, and the blue slipcover fully hides the pattern underneath. It's a good deal.

Wing chair slipcover (goodbookfan, Round Top, TX, 2008-07-18)

Just received the red slipcover today. Took only a couple of minutes to place on our chair. Excellent quality and feel of material. Very easy to tuck and pull in tightly for a crisp appearance. Should fit a multitude of wing chair varieties. Great option to update a still good, but tired looking chair. Very pleasantly surprised. Once again, most impressed by Overstock items.
