Not -So-Worthy (frananjan, Indiana, 2008-04-10)

I got this cover at the same time I got a couch cover. The couch cover is great...this is not so great. The ease of putting it on and the initial looks of it are great. It actually looks like my recliner was reupholstered. But very quickly, I started noticing "pills" and "snags". I do have pets, so that is part of the problem. But that is also why I purchased a cover....to protect my furniture and look nice. Now my cover needs covering. It even cost more than the couch cover that I purchased. If you are easy on furniture and just want something that looks nice and goes on well and even stays put...this will be fine. But if you have pets, kids or just really use your furniture, I would not recommend this cover.

Couch & Love Seat Slip Covers (kitty48, Fort Lauderdale, 2008-04-07)

I purchased both for the couch and the love seat - I love the feel of the material and the color is nice too. Not hard to get on the only thing is they have some wrinklers in them after you put them on. My old ones you could pull and get the wriklers out and because of the material you can't. I thought if I washed them maybe that would take them out but no. Maybe after a few more of the husband laying on them and a couple more washings they will go away. But for the over all price, color and feel you can't go wrong. I purchase the sage and the color is very nice and they are soft.

The slipcover fit my recliner perfectly. The color was not what I thought it was going to be, but I think the small pattern in it will hide stains, etc. better than being solid. I pulled it very tight and looped it around whatever I could find to make it stay tight. It is doing just that. My recliner doesn't have a lever on the side, so I just sewed the whole up with my sewing machine (took all of about 15 seconds). My husband hestiated for a second when he saw it becuase he thought I bought a new chair. He was shocked when I told him it was a slipcover!

these are great slip covers for almost any shape recliner, they are easy to put on, and look pretty good. how ever, if you have pets or children, the material will not hold up, it's very stretchy, and pretty thin, and pet toenails and your rings will catch and pull little balls of fabric out. they clean easily and stay on well except the seat has to be retucked often. if the price is affordable to you, they are probably a good option to extend the life of old recliners or change the color if you don't like what you have

Stretch Modern Washable Recliner Slipcover (gjcaudera, St. Louis, MO, 2008-01-11)

I bought this slipcover as a Christmas present for my daughter and son-in-law. They have two small children, 5 and 2 years old. They often have messy hands and have spilled milk and juices on it. My daughter has had to clean it quite a few times and wanted a slipcover for it. I looked everywhere for a slipcover and found this one to be most reasonably priced. They are using it now and really like it. My son-in-law especially likes the color. I am very happy with this purchase.
