Great Bang for the Buck! (ILRealtor, Northbrook, IL, 2008-06-23)

I bought 2 slip covers to stage a house that is currently on the market and intend to use them over and over! I was concerned that buying a lighter color may not cover the print of the sofa underneath and I'm happy to report that they cover beautifully! I want prospective Buyers to look at the house, not the Seller's furniture! My Seller's asked me if it was ok to sit on them and I told them to make themselves comfortable! They're washable! And I did price them at other web sites and stores and yours were the best price! Most stores I visited only stocked the "box" covers and not the "T" covers too. Very happy that I made this purchase! And finally, thanks for the on-line video teaching which to buy and how to use them! I would have purchased the wrong kind of covers!

The slipcover did exactly what I expected (gigglbx74, Greensboro, NC, 2008-04-22)

This is the first slipcover I have ever used...I like the material, it is soft but dog hair seems to disappear on it which is great...I have not washed it yet but if it shrinks, I will still have plenty of material to work with...I have really soft, oversized back cushions which do not attach to the sofa so I was concerned if it would look smooth, but I have been pleasantly suprised...I used rolled up magazines in the crevices to help keep the slipcover in place...It worked well...I have only needed to adjust the slipcover twice inthe past month, a lot better than what I expected...I personally do not like the ties, but I can get over that...I would recommend this to anyone looking for a slipcover...My husband has been pleased too...

Not the best fit (Abbysue123, NY, 2008-08-30)

I had a hard time finding a slip cover for a t-cushion sofa. I bought this one knowing I would need to improvise the fit a bit since my sofa is not as "fat" as the one pictured. Making it fit the smaller arms on my sofa was difficult. I considered sending it back but ordered it in haste for my college student son's campus apartment. He was eager to cover up the floral print and after I tried for a long time to make it look right he said he was "just fine with it". I really need to alter it on the sewing machine to improve the fit. My advice to anyone who cares about getting a really nice fit and is considering this slipcover is to make sure your sofa is very, very much like the sofa pictured, particulary the arm size.

Don't judge a book by its cover (kjgiffy, Rome, NY, 2008-04-23)

This slip cover serves its purpose to cover up an unsightly sofa, and the material seems to be good quality. It was easy to adjust on the couch and was relatively inexpensive compared to others. But, I feel the need to say that it most certainly does NOT look anything like the pictures they advertise. It looks like I threw an old sheet over the couch, which I wish I did actually. After ironing the slipcover it helped a little but still looks sloppy. If they had more stylish prints and colors in the stretch style I might have spent the extra money to try that type. I would have sent it back but my dog decided to lay on it while I wasn't looking.

I bought a slip cover from overstock before and loved it. So I was a bit disappointed with this one when it came. Of course the one I had gotten before wasn't available.so I had to select something different The material on this one isn't as thick as I'd like it. It is plain, and now I realize it would be better for me to have a slip cover with a pattern in the material so it looks like upholstery fabric rather than looking like a bed sheet thrown over my couch. If you don't mind the "gone away for the season" look of your furniture, then this will work just fine. It was reasonably easy to put on and it fit fine.
