Birthday gift for my boyfriend (AtlantaGirlfriend, Atlanta, 2008-01-18)

I wanted to get my boyfriend a nice watch for his brithday but couldn't afford department store prices. This watch was the first item I have ever ordered from Overstock.com so I was definitely nervous about what to expect . I ended up doing a little research on this watch and went to the the manufacturer's website to compare.. to my surprise the price was a true comparison and the the quality was as well. I got the watch in the mail and opened it to find that it came in a great gift box, the original sturling box, and had all of the warranty and paperwork neatly stored. I was so impressed with the presentation that I gave it to my boyfriend with out even having to re-wrap. He loves this watch and even shows it off to all his friends. No one needs to know I got it for a deal. I definitely reccomend this watch and site to anyone who is looking for great quality with an even better price.

I purchased this watch online as a surprise for my husband's birthday, and he loves it. It is an elegant watch, but could also be worn for more casual occasions. The face is large with a unique texture to it. He loves the style of the face as well as the stylish band. We were both surprised by the lavish packaging and the wealth of information about the watch and the Stuhrling company. This is a watch for a larger man, which was perfect for my husband as he is 250lbs and 6'5''. It would look silly on a smaller wrist. It really is beautiful. It has good weight to it, can be worn dressy or casual. The silver isn't too shiny but isn't too dull either. It was packaged very nicely. I rated "durable" w/ only 4 stars b/c it hasnt' held the test yet. We will see how long the watch lasts. I think it will hold up super well tho.

This is a handsome and sophisticated piece. It has a nice weight and looks much more expensive than it was. The one thing that I would caution you about is that it was quite a bit bigger than I had expected so check the dial size before purchasing. I would not reccomend it for a man with thin wrists as I think it would be overpowering. Last, the packaging is very elaborate so it makes quite an impression as a gift. Overall a great value!

Gorgeous Watch (knw5, Tampa, FL, 2008-01-08)

This watch is absolutely gorgeous! I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my husband and it exceeded even my expectations. I researched men's watches extensively and had decided on a Stuhrling Watch. Overstock had the absolute best price. It came in the manufacturers box with all the info and warranties originally packaged. The watch itself is heavy and a quality watch. He loves it and we are both thrilled with the excellent quality.
