Gift... (mern, Arizona, 2008-03-13)

I purchased the bracelet as a gift for my 25 year old niece for her birthday, she is not much of a jewelry wearer but it looked pretty to me. She doesn't really go for fancy-frufru types of stuff. Doesn't go to fancy parties or anything like that. I thought this would go with jeans or something casual but could also be dressed up. When she got it it didn't sound like she liked it very much. She said it looked like it would be too snug on her wrist to wear and she was having a hard time putting it on by herself. I told her that it was OK and that we could get her something else. A few days went by and then, I heard nothing but "THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU SO MUCH ! " from her...she had her husband put the bracelet on her, I guess she wasn't familiar with that kind of clasp(?) but she bought a new multicolored shirt to wear with it and has gotten compliment after compliment after compliment about it..........now she apparently LOVES IT!.......

Bad Bracelet clasp (calhoun1938, Jacksonville, FL, 2008-01-14)

Thank you for your follow up. My wife enjoyed the gift and wore it with pride until it came time to remove it from her wrist. She ended up having to wear it to bed and to church the next day. I worked on it for 30 minutes and finally was able to disconnect the clasp. Needless to say she will not wear it again. We were at the brink of removing it with wire cutters. We have been married for 49 years and she has received a lot of jewelry but nothing compares with the difficulty we had with this clasp. Thanks for the opportunity to share our thoughts. John

Absolutely love the bracelet!! (RhondafromNJ, Somerset, NJ, 2008-01-14)

I purchased the bracelet as a Christmas gift for my grandmother and she absolutely loved it. She has worn it to church several times since receiving it and she said that her friends have literally tried to take it off of her arm. Everyone compliments her on the bracelet. It is rich in color and the picture doesn't do it justice. The stones are beautiful and it looks great when worn with all black. The bracelet is a little flimsy but for the price you can overlook it. Definitely worth the money.

I was a little disappointed with the stone colors in this bracelet. The picture showed very vibrant and distinct colors which is not what they are. They're all very pale and sort of dull looking. Each color does not "stand out" as depicted on-line. They all sort of blend together. That being said, it still is a pretty bracelet but would have been stunning if it looked like the picture. The workmanship is high quality and the clarity of the stones is excellent.

Looks better on (Dennifer, Harrison, NY, 2008-01-15)

This was one of my daughter's wish list items this Christmas so I ordered it for her. I wasn't crazy about the photo of it, but was pleasantly surprised that it looks much better on her than on the webpage. It's still not my style, but I'm glad she likes it! I also ordered the matching hoop earrings for her, but neither of us liked the look of those on her (too heavy), so they were returned. Overstock accepted the return without any problems.
