Necklace is delicate (Scoobyforme, , 2008-01-06)

The picture is nicer than the product. The product is shipped in a plastic wrapper (the chain is separate from the pendant). The chain is very very thin and delicate. The pendant circle is stamped "925" - which stands for silver. It was smaller and more delicate than I thought it from looking at the picture. If giving as a gift, I suggest opening the package and putting the chain and pendant together prior to giving. Additionally, I gave the value a "fair" rating because it is fair for full price. I would expect to find this item on sale and, if I had seen it first, I would not have paid more than $10.

This was a decent product for the price I paid since I got it on sale, but it was very light weight. I expected it to be much heavier. The clasp was very hard to fasten because it was a small oval shape rather than round, so I changed the chain. It would make a good gift for a middle schooler. I would recommend it for someone of faith because it has a nice meaning, but it is not an expensive or classy gift, but something nice for everyday wear.

This was the greatest Christmas gift ever. I bought this necklace for my 9 year old daughter and my 30 year old daughter and of course one for my self. The comments we get are great, but when my kids tell the story of how we all have this, it practically puts others in tears. To remind ourselves and our loved ones that theres is always HOPE if you have to remember to keep the FAITH and that you (they) are always LOVED...

This necklace caught my attention as I was browsing through the sterling silver collection. I particularly liked the words inscribed on it:: Faith, Hope Love. The style of the necklace was also very nice. When I received it, I liked it so much I bought two more for my brother and his wife. They loved it. A necklace designed with such simplicity, yet with such a huge impact.....perfect.

I read a couple of reviews that said it wasn't appropriate for adults. I disagree. I ordered one for a Christmas gift for a very good friend of mine and she loves it and wears it all the time. Another friend of mine asked me to order it for her and she loves it also. The chain is a little thin but it was a great value for the price. We are all very satisfied with the product.
