Not the greatest (atp12, Vermont, 2008-02-10)

While I realize that this is not a platinum diamond ring, I was very disappointed! I bought this ring as a substitute to my wedding rings until the swelling in my hands goes down due to my recent baby! I loved the ring when I received it...very shiny with a nice sparkle...looked very real. However, within one week the ring has tarnished and leaves that unattractive black/green circle on my finger. I bought sterling silver to avoid that and thought that I would get at least a month out of this ring. I have used silver polish and polish rags on the ring and it still looks dull and very fake. Too bad, it started out as a fabulous purchase!

Nice Ring...Sterling? (JDA76, Chicago, 2008-08-14)

I have purchased many rings in my life and I have never had my finger turn green from a true sterling silver ring. This ring turned my finger green and upon further inspection I noticed that the imprint inside the ring says "925FAS" rather than the typical "925." I am not sure that is the problem but it seems likely to me. So. I like the ring, it is shiny, pretty, and simple. I painted the inside of the band with clear nail polish and I wear the ring pretty much every day and haven't had any additional issues with it. For a great price and with Overstock's great shipping costs, I still highly recommend this ring.

I bought this ring to wear with the silver filigree cz ring as a sub for my real wedding band. I love the thickness of the band, it's very sturdy and the band has a nice shine and hasn't turned color at all. What disappointed me a bit was that the cz don't sparkle the way it shows in the picture. They are tiny, which would be fine as long as they sparkled, but they're pretty dull. Since I wear it with the solitaire, which is very sparkly, it balances out. I still really like the feel and weight of the ring and I wear it daily. A great value for the price.

Very pretty but will turn your finger green! (PinKNich, phx, arizona, 2008-04-30)

I have had the ring for around 6 weeks now and absolutely loved it when it arrived. I still like the way the front of it looks but the back is starting to loose its shine. When I take off the ring it leaves a green ring around the back of my finger. Granted, I have worn the ring 24/7 for the last 6 weeks, including in the shower so if you want this one to last, make sure to take it off before washing your hands/showering/etc. It is a beautiful ring for the money though. I have receieved many compliments from people who thought it was real.

I just recently purchased this ring and the appearance and the workmanship is great. I just wished the band was a lot smaller!! The band is thicker than I anticipated. The picture of the ring gave the impression that the band was smaller than it actually was. I wear it with two other diamond rings which gives a very nice and attractive look!!! Overall, a good purchase from Overstock.com!!! I would recommend this to a girlfriend of mine who is always looking for new and different things!! Overstock.com is great; keep up the good work!
