Misleading info (CPSAdvocate, Asheville NC, 2008-02-21)
 
This is a decent seat, however, it will only harness to 40lbs, NOT 65. At 40lbs, you take the harness out and use the seatbelt as a belt postioning booster. My almost 5 year old is just reaching 40lbs(this is his backup seat). It has decent harness heights, so it may not be outgrown before age 4, just depends on your kid. There ARE other seats that will harness to 65lbs, just not this. Read the manuel.

i really searched for a carseat where my almost 4 year old boy, would still be able to wear a harness. My boy is 47 pounds and 43inches tall. I love the fact he is on a booster carseat and can wear the harness at the same time. its the perfect height for him and he will be able to use for a long time!!!!!

We bought two that is how much we loved the first one we bought. We have one for each car. It is very easy to adjust, really no work to put together. And it is very easy to take the car seat pad off, wash, and put back on! Ease is key!
