great refur. coffe (espressolover, FL, 2008-01-15)
 
The machine was in good conditions, the filter was missing, but I guess that any disposable item was not included with a refurbished item. The espresso is great, I have other Saeco Italia and the coffee is better in the Incanto, also compared with my old Krups orchestro this one does better coffee. Before I also try the newest Saeco Giro, and the coffe was good but it has to refeel the water tank every 4 cups, with this one the recipient is bigger and the display tell you exactly what is missing, also the grinder is very silence. I love the machine, and I will buy a saeco again. I recomend the product.

Took a chance and bought a refurbished one to save some money. Since the first week, it randomly makes more than one cup of coffee even though the touch pad is touched once. If you're not paying attention it may overflow the cup. I have sent it back to the factory to be repaired waiting untill the last day of the 6 month warranty was up in case anything else went wrong. customer service has been great. All in all I'm happy with the product. Friends look forward to a cup of coffee out of my machine.

This espresso machine arrived in a timely fashion, was in new condition, and worked great from the very beginning. Just follow the instructions that come with it, and then the instructions on the machine itself, and you're up and running in no time. It brews wonderful coffee. Really it's just like the local coffee shop. Make sure you get the filters. You can find them online easy. Enjoy!

The machine was basically new condition. This machine keeps track of many coffees have been made and the number that came up was minnimal. Makes outstanding espresso 's and cappacinos. This "smarter" machine is much quieter then my previous Italia model, self rinsing is very nice. No complaints and I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys expressos as much as we do.

Makes a great cup of coffee. You have no wasted product since you make individual cups to whatever style of coffee you like.
