Royal Velvet Big and Soft Queen Size Mattress Pad (Cruellers, Plymouth MA, 2008-05-20)

This mattress pad was a mattress saver for me!!! I thought I'd have to replace my mattress of only 2 years, but not now. I have fibromyalgia and my mattress seemed to firm for me and made my pressure points ache so badly that I wasn't getting a good night's sleep. Not only wasn't I getting a good night's sleep, but I was also waking multiple times during the night due to pain. I bought this mattress pad, and have had it on my bed for 1 week now and I absolutely love it. I no longer wake during the night in pain, and I am sleeping like a baby again. In fact, I want to just linger in my nice comfy bed in the morning. The size of this mattress pad is a true size, with plenty of room on the sides to fit perfectly. In fact you could put this over an older topper if you wanted it has enough material on the sides to do that. This was not just a mattress pad for me, it was a mattress saver, and so much less expensive than having to buy a new mattress. Be confident in buying this mattress pad. In fact, I think it is misnamed as a mattress pad, it is a combo of a mattress pad + a mattress topper. A great value for the money!!!

Padded Mattress Protector (ck28, Bayside, NY, 2008-07-23)

Very good pad and protector, great value. Does make a difference to the comfort of the mattress (mine was new but a bit too firm for my liking). About 1 inch too short on both sides with the padded part, but you don't really sleep there anyway, I suggest if you sleep on the edge get a different one. I put a regular cheaper non padded protector over it again, which is great for spills, as they don't go through to the luxurious protector which I want to keep nice. Not as comfortable as I envisaged a memory foam pad might be, which is what I was considering buying, but at least it's made of material and doesn't have any nasty odors or chemicals in it. I might shake it out now and again to fluff it back up in the spots where it gets flatter from where I usually sleep. Has reduced my lower backache a fair bit.

I DON'T WANT TO GET OUT OF BED (bunnylake, Daytona Beach, FL, 2008-07-05)

i just received the mattress pad last week. It has transformed my lumpy and bumpy mattress into a super comfortable sleeping experience. I thought I would try the mattress pad before buying a new mattress. This did the trick. Only problem is that I can't get my cats off the bed. They love it too.

You Cannot Go Wrong Buying This Mattress Pad (snk43, Arizona, 2008-07-03)

I knew I would be getting the best quality when I order this Royal Velvet queen mattress pad. Royal Velvet is a top name in linens. I wasn't disappointed. Plenty of "give" for deep mattresses; soft and plush. I love it and have one on each of my two queen beds.

Very Comfortable (curban9, Newport RI, 2008-08-05)

I have the pad on top of my memory foam topper and it's awsome. Very comfortable, no shoulder pain now, a little warm to sleep on in the summer though.
