Q-see night vision camera (unhollysoldier, IL., 2008-01-16)

I liked the camera very much. It was easier to install than other cam.s I have installed before. The picture in daylight is pretty clear, and the night vision is very good to about 50 ft. The only problem I found was that if there's a light,{street light etc...} in view of the camera when it is on night vision mode, the camera will not focus corectly, but that was expected. The shape of the casing is awesome, yet inconspicuous for installations where one doesn't want to draw attention, and it is sturdy enough to take a lot of abuse with little evidence of any damage. Overall, it's one of the best cams for the money .

on second thought (againunhollysoldier, IL., 2008-02-08)

I loved this product at first easy to put up and get going, then about 2 months in, the camera ceased to send a picture. I tried switching screens, I tried a new power supply, I even switched a new camera up to it's leadin wires, now I have to go through the return process and see if the next camera works longer than 60 days, if I can even get a new one? We will see.
