Molds to foot with soft leather sole (EdES, Prescott, Arizona, 2008-05-08)
 
There is no break-in required. The shoe (not sneaker as advertised) molds to your foot. True sizing for me is 8.5 UK equals 9.5 US in the Prada brand.
