powder coated bird bath (kirm, CT, 2008-05-24)

The product arrived in 2 main pieces, base and bowl. When assembled, the bowl in very noticeably crooked on the base. There is no way to straighten the bowl so that it is level. it is obviously poorly constucted by the welder. I have it positioned in the rear of the garden with one side of the base dug into the ground so that the top of the bowl appears level.I kept it because i wasn't willing to pay return shipping.

I bought this bird bath a few years ago and can't believe it's still available! It was poorly made then and see it hasn't improved at all, according to the latest reviews. I ran across this item again while looking for it's replacement! Disappointed Overstock hasn't discontinued it since Overstock has excellent quality merchandise otherwise.

The birdbath is well constructed and quite pretty. It is easy to assemble and does not tip over easily. I like that it is anchored well. I wish it held more water.
