I have been using my Panasonic phone for a couple of weeks and am extremely pleased with all of the features (particularly the "phone book", caller id, and message playback) as well as the quality of the audio. It was easy to set up and is extremely easy to use. I highly recommend this two headset unit to anyone shopping for a cordless phone.

I'm not one to read directions, had no problem setting up answering machine and navigating most features. Pretty clear reception. The only thing I did'nt like is that there are a lot of scratches to outer body of handsets, seems like whoever had it before either used them very roughly or for a long time before they were refurbished.

Our family loves this cordless phone. It was much better than expected. The sound quality is excellent, no buzzing, and I like the fact that you can retrieve messages right in the handset--great when you're in another room. I stiil have not used all the features--this is one great phone!
