We had not had a land line for some time, but when we purchased DSL, the land line was in the package. This phone met our expectations. It is easy to use and was not difficult to learn how to use. The instruction book was easy to follow. This phone would be an asset to any home.

I'm happy with the quality of the audio. The phone set this replaces had very bad audio reception. I knew the name Panasonic and was confident I would receive a quality product. The only negative is this one just has ring tones, it would be nice to have musical ring choices.

my new phones are everything I expected, and more. I am very pleased with their sound, ease of operation and value. They replace an old panasonic phone and I couldn't be more pleased.
