Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight and maintain at least two feet between furniture and heat sources. Aniline and Protected leathers are especially sensitive to direct sunlight. Use a professional cleaner to help resist staining and prevent overall soiling. For oil based stains, use a professional degreaser.

It is an ‘OK’ chair (rvv1, Bowie, MD, 2009-11-16)

It arrived at home in the original manufacture package with out any kind of shipment protection/padding and it weigh about 56 pounds. When UPS brought it home, the packaging was in a bad shape and a few plastic/chair parts inside were damaged because the manufacture packaging doesn’t seem like intended for this kind of shipment. A few of the bags contains screws/etc. were open with two “mechanism Screws” missing. Armrest seems bended or damaged during the shipment. Assembling was easy and very straightforward. When I saw how it arrived at home, I was upset but I needed this ergonomic chair since I tele-work most of the time and my back hurts. Even though, I found screws were missing, damaged cheep “plastic Bellow”, and damaged/unsettled armrest, I just kept it because of the need for an ergonomic chair. I have been using it for last four days and it doesn’t seem like helping my back any better than my other ordinary chair with lumbar support.

Good value and appearance (Afficianado, Miami, Florida, 2008-04-13)

This chair was relatively easy to assemble, and is extremely comfortable.. There are multiple handles to adjust the chair to the correct back posture, height and tilt for each user. While the leather is not the highest quality, it appears to be extremely durable. Given the high usage of this chair, the type of leather used by the manufacturer is probably for the best. The chair has a lot of cushioning, and excellent lumbar support. The armrests are adjustable as well. All in all, this chair has a lot of features found in chairs costing hundreds of dollars more. We are very pleased with our new office chair.

Good chair for the price point (rougewench, Kansas City, MO, 2009-03-18)

I opted to purchase this chair as I needed a solution with more adjustment options than the standard low end "executive chairs" one can find at chain office supply stores and online. Although the leather on this chair is of that same level of quality, the padding is thick and comfortable. The adjustable arms work just as I needed them too, and the seat adjustment paddles work in a straightforward, easy to adjust fashion. You will need a second person to help put the chair together, though. I happily recommend this product to others.

Ergonomic High Back Leather Chair (Comfortableatwork, Maryland, 2008-07-13)

I love it! We had visited many other places looking for an office chair that would be comfortable and look great. Only one came close to this one but was triple the price! So when I went online and located this chair I was thrilled! It looks beautiful in the office and adjusts perfectly to all the pressure point areas. The leather is great quality, color is a bit more muted than the picture shows, and it was incredibly easy to assemble. Thanks for providing a great product at such a wonderful price!

Office Star High Back Leather Desk Chair (WSCB, OH, 2009-04-22)

For the price this is a good buy although this unit was just recently purchased so I cannot factor in the durability into the value. For comfort, I personally would have liked for the seat cushion to have been less stiff but the overall appearance & mechanics is very nice & lessens the focus on that issue. Shpmt. was rec'd on time; boxed very well & easy to assemble. This unit was placed in a commercial office environment dedicated for heavy useage on a daily basis. Very pleased with this purchase.
