not exactly as described (angelspeak, TX, 2008-02-12)

The description on this product claims to have chromium, but it's not listed anywhere in the ingredients. Also, this product uses caffeine to help curb hunger. I was looking for just the Hoodia and thought that the chromium and green tea additons would be nice. The caffeine causes jitteriness and would not be good for anyone with a caffeine sensitivity.

I would not recommend this product. After taking this product I would be thirsty the first hour and that would be it. The funny thing was it made me hungry. It did not live up to its claims.
