Great massage - semi-painful nubs (Allshookup, , 2008-04-29)

This massager is great for the most part. The only negative is that a few of massage "nubs" are too high and they hurt my feet (especially the one located under your arch). I wish all the nubs were the same size i.e. small. You can wear thick socks or put some kind of padding between your feet and the massager to even out the nubs some. I've got some memory foam that does the trick nicely. I use the infra-red when I'm only in socks and move my feet around so I'm not always on the big nub. I've been dealing with a poorly healing broken foot for a year and a half and this massager is, I believe, finally helping me heal by relaxing my feet, ankles and calves and getting more blood to the feet. I use the thing about four times a day.

For the past few years now, my feet hurt if I stand too long, go for long walks, or just work on them all day. I would soak them at night, to no avail, or massage them by hand. Nothing worked, and the pain would keep me up most the night. This has been a foot saver for me. I use it often during the day, so now, if my feet start to hurt, I know what is waiting for them at home. lol My feet no longer hurt as often as they use to; I can stand longer, walk longer, and just enjoy life more because of my new foot massager. The infrared heat is just wonderful, helps warm up cold feet too. I love all the different settings and timer, and the fact that it's not just for the feet. It also works wonders on my legs, hands, and arms.

This is very powerful even on the low setting, really works the feet ( and I am a reflexologist! ) however I find it does not get very warm ( re-the far-infrared setting ). When you do not have your own reflexologist available, or you simply like something to do while watching tv, this is it. For a great shiatsu massage on the bottom of the feet-highly suggested at a great price.

I really like this massager. It has everything except for heat. I've used it on several parts of my body and am left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It feels like the massagers you sit at in the mall. It's a great massager to promote good blood circulation becasue I can feel the vibrations minutes after I've stopped the massager!
