Definitely happy with it. (Matt00753, Biloxi, MS, 2008-01-16)

The only real problem I had with this was that I ordered 2 and only received one, and got the 2nd after reporting it in about a week and a half. But the H700 is great, as far as I can tell using it. I did encounter a problem when initially connecting to my phone because it would not go into pairing mode. The instruction booklet didn't say how to manually put it in that mode (it only said turn off all bluetooth products and turn the headset off and on again) and I spent about 15 minutes on motorola's website until I finally found how to do it (hold the call button down a few seconds before opening the boom, it will turn purple and you then open the boom to turn it on). The OTHER problem is that when I wear it and tilt my head, it will lean off a good bit (almost to where it feels like it will fall off) due to the fact that the earpiece is not that tight. I don't know if it's stretched or if they're all that way, but it's not really too much of a problem since I only wear it when I drive. I have a MotoPEBL and the features my phone has makes the H700 an awesome asset, since it has voice command. Heck you can even turn on the camera on the phone with the headset, obviously that's just my phone though. Check yours before getting too mad at your phone for not working!

Works great! (SACinSD, San Diego CA, 2008-01-25)

I think all these blue tooth gadgets are over-priced, but that's not the purpose of my review. It is my experience that any headset that has to go into the ear as in an ear bud, doesn't stay positioned. The H700 lies on the ear and works great for me. I have found little faulty operation with this product: it's comfortable (ok, I admit, when my head is moving around from side to side, which happens from TIME TO TIME, it feels like it's going to catapult off my head); easy to use (I like the feature of closing the boom to 'turn it off') and the button to control answering & hanging up (as well as redialing last call dialed/recieved) is simple. While it's on the ear and when increasing/decreasing volume, it can easily go to mute if touching both volume buttons simultaneously (the natural position of the hand is to hold it where the little vol buttons are located) but after understanding this feature better, it is a non-issue. So far the sound quality works just fine for me. Maybe a little tinny sounding, but it has not posed a problem. No one is complaining when I am driving, though it doesn't report to be the best sound canceling device.

Love my Motorola H700 Bluetooth Headset (TS214, Virginia, 2008-02-15)

I looked at several different models before I purchased this one, I even read Consumer Reports to see what they wrote about it. It rated high in all categories except for price, so when I found it on “O” for half the listed price and the free car charger I jumped on it. The price was great and the headset is even better. Very easy to use, took less than a minute for my cell phone (Motorola RazorV3) to find and activate it. Although it seems to fit loosely on my ear, it has never fallen off, even when I’m moving around. The audio quality is excellent, it’s very convenient, comfortable and the battery life out last my cell battery...if you’re thinking about making the purchase, what are you waiting for. This is one of the best electronic purchases I’ve made in a long time that I was totally pleased with as far as price, features and ease of use. I would definitely recommend this product, I honestly haven’t had any problems or let downs.

Motorola H700 Bluetooth (Bluetoothwearer, Long Island, NY, 2008-03-16)

I love the small size, just wish it had a case to keep it in when not in my ear. It fits great over my ear with my glasses. I even wore a winter cap with it and it wasn't uncomfortable. As a first time buyer I was a little unsure of the instructions, vague in spots. I went to the Motorola website and they answered all my questions with their tutorial. It paired up without a problem to my LG 5300VX. The problem I am having is it keeps turning itself off and on, as though it was losing power but it is fully charged. I will be calling the 1-877-MOTOBLU help line to get a new one. Other owners of this say it is a common occurrence with bluetooths and I will get one that will stop doing that by calling Motorola. I will find out shortly as I really want to lose the corded headset. What I have heard audio seems good.

Reliable product (Phoenix32, Massachusetts, 2008-01-20)

I like the fact that this headset is small enough to hang on your ear and not covering half your face like other ear pieces do. I have had one before but unfortunately it stopped working after the 8th month or so. The one thing I don't like about this is that it's hard to keep the speaker hole clean...it's hard to keep dust out of it, which of course disrupts what you can hear or and what others can hear. If there was an easier way to keep this in great operating order, this would be a great earpiece. And the noise cancelling is ok. Not the best, but in mild background noises, clarity is pretty good. I am sure there are other good ear pieces out there, but this one is a good, reliable earpiece for people who can't afford the expensive ones.
