Great ring once we found the right size! (LTrain, AZ, 2008-05-21)

I bought this ring as a replacement for my husband's wedding band which was titanium and became too big and had to be replaced since it could not be resized. We looked at jewelry stores and everything we liked cost at least $300. This ring is just as nice as those in the jewelry stores (it probably is one of those in the stores!) at a fraction of the price. It has a darker sheen to what is shown in the pictures, but is not super dark. We weren't sure what size my husband's ring finger was, so we used a ring measurer printed online and ordered what we thought was the correct size. When the ring came, it was WAY too big. We sent it back and ordered 1.5 sizes smaller and it fit perfectly. I'm not sure if the ring runs big or if we just don't know how to measure correctly. Overstock was very prompt in shipping out both of the rings we had to order (got them 2 days after we placed the order!) and also processed the return efficiently. This ring is very nice and I would highly recommend it.

The Perfect Ring (speakerbuyer, Chicago, IL, 2008-03-16)

This ring looks fantastic. The beveled edges are brilliantly shiny and the matt face is elegant. Together they create a stunning contrast. The ring is heavy, which is great if you like that feel. If you don't, you'll probably get used to it quickly and never give it another thought. What's best about this ring is it does not scratch. I've had friends wear their gold or platinum rings and notice small scratches the first day. I've been wearing this for weeks and there's not a single scratch--it looks no different from the day I got it, even upon close inspection. Two things to bear in mind: get sized at a jeweler and order that size. Secondly, this metal is a darker color that silver or white gold. It's sort of a gray--but still brilliantly shiny, not dull. I've had a lot of comments on it, and after noticing other guys' white gold or platinum bands since wearing this one, I like the look of this much better.

This is a good quality, solid, sturdy ring at a good price. The biggest worry was picking the correct size. I still question myself and sometimes think that I should have purchased a half size smaller. The ring has "comfort fit" which means the inside of the ring is a little convex and thus is removed easier. This is a great feature and now that I know about "comfort fit" I will always purchase rings with this feature. Purchasing products from Overstock.com has always been a positive experience so I knew it would be of good quality. There is one very, very, very small blemish on the ring that is difficult to see with the naked eye. My wife says to not worry about it because no one will be able to see it plus the ring was a great price. If we would have paid thousands of dollars for the ring, then this blemish would be a problem. I would purchase this ring again from Overstock.com.

Ideal buy (Geets, New York,NY, 2008-03-12)

My husband lost his original platinum ring, so I wanted to buy him a replacement that was classy, durable, yet inexpensive (in case he lost it again). He plays a hand-drum, so the other ring would constantly bend and irritate his finger. This ring is perfect for his needs - it looks gorgeous yet low-key, does not bend, and fits comfortably due to the rounded inner edges. The color is darker than it appears in the picture, but I like that it is unique. The shiny outer edges catch the light and offer a nice contrast to the dull color. Also, the ring is substantially heavier than the previous one, but that doesn't bother my hubby. Overall, I think this is the perfect ring for a no-nonsense guy who can also clean up well on occasion. =) In addition, you can't beat the value you get for this price.

Beautiful ... (GamerGrrl, Washington, 2008-05-15)

I bought this ring a few months ago for my fiance and he LOVES IT! He works all day with his hands and only one small scratch has appeared. He's told me that he has hit it pretty hard against some of the machinery he works with, accidently got a nasty chemical on it -- and it's stood up to plenty abuse -- still looking shiny and new. The ring is black - not silver- however, it does not take away the beauty of the ring. I think it looks very attractive on his hand and rather unique. We both love it and I would recommend it to anyone who has a husband that is rough on his hands. You won't be disappointed !!- [unless he does not want a black ring, of course.]
