... buy this one too!!! I purchased this memory Foam set for the third bed in our Camping Trailer, after having purchased a similar set that included two King mattress toppers and four Pillows. This set was one King mattress topper and two pillows and I stilI paid alot less than I would have at the department store. I had been told that Overstock.com had "the best prices" and with both of these orders It proved to be true, this was an incredible deal. I read quite a few of the reviews before I ordered and was nervous about the off gassing or smell that some poeple reported, so I opened them up and put them outside on the patio table for the first few hours, and I never really noticed any smell. Be warned though, leaving the memory foam in direct sunlight will change it's color. Within an hour it had started to turn yellow-brown as though it was getting a tan?? I don't know, maybe that just happens anyway, but the on that I left in the garage didn't change color. As for the comfort factor, Excellent! As mentioned before this was for the camping trailer which needed some extra padding. It was perfect, comfortable, supple enough to save my back and hips from the solid wood base under the mattress and it also kept the chill off the beds. It was even better for our 3 1/2 year old, he didn't seem to toss and turn as he had before we put them on, and slept the whole night just as warm and cozy as in his bed at home. Nana came camping with us last weekend and even she said she was suprised at how comfortable the bedding was and thought that the memory foam was a wonderful addition. Definitely saved tons of money and am very happy with this product. I highly recommend it to anyone with similar needs and think it would also be a great addition to any bed in my home and yours.

A Lot of Cushioning in a Couple Inches (llpa, PA, 2008-05-25)
 
My husband and I bought a new mattress set which we found, after sleeping on it one night, too firm for our age. I came to Overstock and bought a mattress cover and this memory foam topper to soften it up a bit. Thing is, I didn't realize how much cushioning the mattress cover had itself (probably close to an inch), so when I put this topper on the bed too, it was overkill and we felt like we were sinking in. A bit too encompassing for us, though I know it's a matter of personal taste. I ended up giving this to my daughter who sleeps on a futon mattress, and she loves it. I'm thinking of buying a one-inch topper now because the mattress pad alone still leaves the mattress a little too firm for me. As you've probably read already, the topper comes all squished and you have to allow it to air for a while to get its shape back. It probably took most of the topper just a couple hours to revive, with a couple areas needing an hour or so more. It was the perfect size for our queen bed, so no sizing complaints from me. And it didn't smell either. The pillows are a matter of taste. My husband, as a side sleeper, turns it upside down (not over) to accommodate his broad shoulders. It feels just about right to me, but I end up using my one-thickness memory pillow I've had a long time, I think because I like to mold it where I want to, rather than fit into the pre-molded type. In any case, they were free and I ended up paying for the whole set (topper and two pillows) what I would have paid for just two pillows, so I'm a happy camper!

Foam Mattress Topper: Ideal for Pullouts! (ForceReconS4, Milwaukee, WI, 2008-01-18)
 
I've heard about these space-age foam materials for bedding, like the ones used in things like the Memory Bed or the Foam Pillows. I didn't know they made mattress toppers, but when I found out that Overstock had a few, I decided to try it out to use on my pullout mattress. I have a Queen-sized Sofa Pullout in my sunroom, and the room is used heavily for my new son's playing. Sometimes, on very cold nights, we like to sleep in the room b/c it has a fireplace. As you can imagine, the mattress quality on a Sofabed is basic, and the use of pullouts isn't envisioned as a long-term sleeping arrangement. The mattress on the sofa is OK, but after putting the Foam Topper on, it's almost like a transformation occurred! The comfort was upped exponentially, and I find it easier and easier to have an excuse to sleep downstairs! The product was wrapped tight, but expanded nicely within few hours. The smell was very industrial but also wore off after a few hours. The cushion expanded to about 2-3 inches, but feels great. Best of all, I don't have to remove it! It crushes into the bed folds and stays where it belongs, and simply puffs back up when I open the bed. Great stuff, and worth the money! As a bonus, two small pillows of the same material are included. Highly recommend it!

Great Buy! (Xayla, , 2008-06-07)
 
Another excellent offering. The memory foam is of decent quality and is perfect for my needs. There was no obnoxious odor as some have reported and it was sparkling white. I'm using this as a base under the Ultimate Comfort Down Alternative Mattress Pad (helps keep the topper in place) and a Fiberbed. The plan is to create my own pillowtop with items like this, which can be easily replaced. The built-in pillowtop will break down and dent - whether it takes a few months or few years. I tried everything before I finally had to throw out the previous expensive mattress and start anew (with a plush rather than pillowtop). So far these layers have worked perfectly and given me just the right amount firmness, covered with the sink-in feeling of the 2 other toppers . I had a 3" memory foam topper (not from Overstock) that was a big disappointment. It was just too much foam, with little stability. However, I hadn't thought of multi-layering yet.. The 2 inch is exactly right for my personal preferences and gives a nice solid base. The pillows are ok. I only use them sometimes, depending on what I feel like that night. So far, so good. Highly recommend this item. Great value!

EXCELLENT BUY! (SEPO, NH, 2008-06-18)
 
This product is worth every penny! My Aunt and Uncle have one of these on the king size bed in their RV and when we used their RV we slept SO good we had to buy the topper for our bed at home. We have a pretty comfortable, high quality mattress set- but by adding this topper it's like sleeping on a cloud, cliche, but true! And the pillows are great too- my husband doesn't get a sore neck anymore- which he occasionally did w/ our other pillows. These pillows and the topper form so comfortably to the contours of your body- you will notice a better nights sleep- restful sleep, after the first night! You can't beat the price and of course no one beats the shipping costs of Overstock! When the package arrivees it will be about the size of a rolled up sleeping bag- don't panic! It's all in there and once you unroll it and lay it out flat on your bed it will fill out in about 2 hours, if that. Also, some reviewers mentioned it having a chemical smell to it- but ours didn't have any smell at all. We are 100% happy with this purchase and will buy another one when we buy a new king sized bed- which I am sure we will buy from Overstock too!!
