Very happy (unlucky, White Plains, NY, 2008-03-06)

I was looking for a rug for my livingroom. Unfortunately someone took the rug from in front of my complex where the delivery people left it - someone stole it. I got into a Chat session with a Overstock representative who tracked the rug. It arrived last night and is so spectacular in the colors which are bright and cheerful - not muted like the picture. I put it in my livingromm and it really stands out - very beautiful. Some friends came by and like the rug so much and thougt I paid a lot more than I did. When I told them I purchased it from Overstock, they said they would go online with Overstock (most of my friends are memberts) and check out this rug and others. It is such a great buy - soft and lies flat. It brightens up my new furniture in my livingroom but this rug can be used in any room. Thank you Overstock for checking out the delivery of my very attractive rug.

What a deal! (poohmom, Southern New Jersey, 2008-03-18)

I ordered this rug on tuesday and found it on my front porch thursday morning. Wow. After rolling it out and positioning it under the furniture, Double Wow. Very good quality (esprecially for the price), soft under foot, and seems to stand up well to the abuse it's getting from my three standard poodles who just love to lie on it. One strange thing though - when you look at it from the side at a distance of say 12 ft, it appears very light in color. When you stand on it and look down at the pattern, the colors are much darker and richer (just like in the photo on the web page). I want to get a larger rug of the same pattern to go under the dining room table.

Nice rugs for the price (Jen6172, , 2008-01-13)

I found these rugs on Overstock, and thought I would give them a shot. With free shipping and the price of the rugs, you really couldn't beat it. I was very happy with the purchase. Other commenters have mentioned that the "gold" color in the picture wasn't as vibrant. And I would agree. The gold is more of a mustard color, but the overall quality is fantastic. They unrolled nicely and look great in my room. The free shipping definitely helped sway my opinion as it can be pricey to have two 5' x 8' rugs shipped to you. I would definitely come back to Overstock when I need to replace my rugs in the future.

Unlike other reviewers, I definitely disagree about the colors of the rug being more vibrant in person. I felt the colors were more muted. Unlike in the picture the "gold" and "orange" tones are really more of a muted gold or tan. I definitely think the rug is beautiful, I like it despite the fact that I was expecting a wider, brighter variation of color. It looks very luxurious and feels very nice and plush. DEFINITELY worth the money, this is a fantastic value. I ordered the rug late on a Tuesday night and recieved it early Thursday afternoon. Overstock's shipping was amazing!

wonderful rug (girliegirl, Cincinnati, OH, 2008-01-24)

I kept debating on whether or not I should buy this rug b/c of all the comments in regards to the colors not matching the picture. I will say the yellow color in the picture appears tan and the orange/red appears mauve once I received the rug. I still love this rug b/c it has a variety of colors in it to match any room. My room has maroon curtains and it works so nicely. The carpet has a shine to it which i think is why the colors a little more subdued in person. It also has a great price! Would purchase it all over again. Best rug for the price that I've seen anywhere.
