this is a smaller version of the massage chairs you see at the malls where you put $1 for 3mins. 1st massage option is the shiatsu like massage. I like this one because it releives my back pain & I use this on my feet too. The 2nd massage option feels like someone's punching you at the back its just too hard for me. My boyfriend love everything about this massager so I bought one for him as a gift. I dont like that the cord is short.

This product worked well for about 10 minutes, then just stopped! It arrived with a snap ripped out, and then died. It was also quite loud. It does rub your back, briefly. The return policy doesn't work if the itme is opened, and we had to refer back ot the manufacturer ( yeah right) so this time it just wasn't meant to be.
