Tiles in the band fall out (judysreview, New York, 2008-04-25)

I bought this watch about a year ago. I loved it. It's waterproof and pretty, both requirements for me to buy it. But not soon after I bought it, one of the litte individual gold band tiles fell off it. It's a year later, and about 6 of the tiles are out, so the band is separating. I'm a business person. My job requires desk time and meeting with clients. I don't treat the watch harshly. I have other watches for the weekends, playing, camping, etc. This watch is only used 9am - 5pm or on dress occassions. Unfortunately, the band just didn't hold up. It is really pretty though and many people have commented on it. I had hoped to be able to wear it for years, but now I'm shopping for something new.

This is one of the most beautiful and feminine watches I've ever seen. The crystal accents are gorgeous, and the band design makes the watch look and feel more like a bracelet. It's perfect for wear in a business environment, while being "dressy" enough to be used for special occasions. The watch seems to be designed for those with slender wrists, so if you don't have small wrists or want a fairly close fit, you may want to order additional links. The watch arrived very quickly, in a beautiful box suitable for giving as a gift. I'm very happy with this purchase, and I feel comfortable saying that those who order this watch will not be disappointed.

This is a beautiful watch. I was so pleased when I received it as it looked even better than I had hoped for. It looks beautiful with all my 14K gold jewelry. There is just a hint of bling, making this appropriate for casual or dress up. It is very flattering to any type hand or wrist; the tubular bracelet is truly different looking, but so pretty. The overall look is of a gold and diamond watch, but so subtle. I am very happy with htis purchase. In fact, I purchased another for a friend. Fabulous price for a Lucien Piccard, even if for his less expensive designs.

this watch - Lucien Piccard Swarovski Crystal Watch - is exactly as pictured. we'll have to remove a couple links in the band (my wife has very slender wrists, and this was expected by me when i bought it). glamorous and pretty; she loves it. a very good deal for the $. swarovski crystals are always replaced by swarovski, so anyone's concern re' missing crystals should be mute. the presentation box is really top end (but a box, none-the-less). she really likes it, that's the bottom line. thanks, overstock. (and delivery/shipping, as always, is faultless...).

Lucien Piccard Watch (nickonsunset, Los Angeles, CA, 2008-01-15)

Well, I didn't get to enjoy this watch at all as my house was burglarized the very next day after receiving it. I hope the robber or whomever he gave it to is wearing it well. It is a nice watch. I tried it on a couple of times and didn't have any problems with the clasp as other customers have mentioned. I've since purchased another Lucien Piccard (different style, different site), but I don't like that as much as I liked this one. I may purchase again...
