Pleasantly surprised (Barboney, Oregon Coast, 2008-07-13)

I have never bought a Lucien Piccard watch, I did not know what to expect: packaging came nicely done and looked elegantly wrapped, it struck me more than expected. Leather band looked like it was quality. The watch itself is a bigger face than older watches that I have purchased, it was unexpected, but liked that as well. The look of the watch is quality. It has the functions that I was looking for. I gave five stars for durability, but have not yet worn the watch, it looks great and I guess that I would like to keep it that way. Some have spoke of the band being too small, those guys must be bigger than me, I am 6 feet tall and weigh 200 lbs, fits my wrist just fine. Anyway, good purchase. Thanks overstock, looks like a good watch for the money.

If you have a big wrist, this watch with the supplied band is not for you.If you are counting on good luminescence, forget about this watch. Value???? I saved a couple dollars buying it through OS.com.
