Unfortunate bad controller (lanormuen, Green Bay, WI, 2008-03-07)

We received the item in a timely manner which is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately it was used very little in the first month it was received and the buttons started sticking and the info from receiver to controller was not computing. Hopefully we can return it without a problem.

This was the perfect gift for my daughter. The cost of the product was relatively low, the performance was great and the price of no longer tripping over cords, or having to stretch from the couch to the t.v. _ Priceless_ ! Well worth it.

cordless controller (ej64, worcester, MA, 2008-02-10)

I don't believe that there was any refurbishment done to this controller it was just simply used. one of the button sticks but all in all it is what i should have expected
