I bought this as a gift, so I can't speak for its durability, but it seems to fit the description. It's still in the box, but is cute and seems as if it will appeal to girls aged 6 and up.

Cheap Watch (waddiejoy, Hollywood, FL, 2008-01-18)
 
Watch is cute but poor quality. Thought because it's LEGO it would be a good watch. It's not. I sent it back.
