Leather 3-pocket Checkbook Wallet (WinterSower, Long Island, NY, 2008-04-23)

It's quite a nice wallet, lots of pockets for cards and inserting the checkbook--just like any checkbook wallet should have. The color is subtle and not over-died, but one of the nicest aspects it how the leather feels, it's texture but soft and not so supple that it slips from my fingers when I pull it out of my pocketbook to hold it. This is not a dainty item, you will need a roomy povketbook so be sure to check the dimensions so you know it will fit your bag.

LEATHER CHECKBOOK WALLET (excitedinvirginia, va, 2008-04-08)

I love this wallet, but the description of leather did not indicate that it has a dull finish, like suede. ( I actually thought the wrong one was sent to me at first.) I think it will be durable, but the way the finish is, scratch marks will be very apparent. The color is dark which is good. I would like to see this site offer many other different views of the wallet, close ups and views from all angles to help appreciate the qualities it offers.

This is a very roomy and functional wallet. Plenty of room for everything. However, I thought the wallet was leather as stated in descripton. But it is suede. I'm not a real fan of suede as it tends to show scratches easily, and not as easy to clean as leather. So I'm a little disapointed in that aspect of the purchase. But a nice functioning wallet just the same.

Red Leather Wallet a bust! (Kleigh729, Northwest Arkansas, 2008-01-28)

Wallet to me was poorly made. I guess I got what I paid for. Check book portion is permanently sewn in the wallet and can not be removed. Flap pops up on the corners when closed with full book of checks and check register. If you don't use checks very often and don't need this feature the wallet would be a good buy.

My mother bought this and loves it. There is a place for everything; checks, paper money. coins, credit cards, medical cards, driver's license. The size, opening, and entire design is attractive, excellent quality, excellent organizational and handling space, A great bargain!
