A home-run... (Relo2hobo, Hoboken, 2008-02-29)

These red bar stools mark my first (now of many) O-stock purchase. I carefully read other reviews which gave me confidence to take the plunge. They are gorgeous, sturdy, very well made from the wooden legs to the seat top. And add a nice shot of colour to their surroundings, and fit tidly under my high counter top. The legs are espresso brown(more like black) and leather seats are a rich deep red. They came very well packaged and fully assembled. I am sitting on one of them now as I type. And at an excellent price. This is true love! I recommend these red bar stools without hesitation.

I shopped locally and online before deciding on these bar stools. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to order them. Wow! They are exactly what I wanted for my family room....the color fits well with all color schemes (not as bright red as shown in the picture...very nice dark red), the workmanship is excellent, the seats are surprisingly comfortable, and no assembly required! For as beautifully as they are designed and constructed, they are very light weight. The packaging was done extraordinarily well; clever design to the leg protectors. Absolutely perfect!

I've been looking for kitchen stools for several months. I decided to order these site unseen after reading other reviews here. These stools are everything the others said and more. The color of the leather is the most beautiful color of red,not bright just very distinguished. I needed an accent color for my new kitchen and these are perfect. Best of all they c ome pre-assembled and packed very well. Mine did not have a scratch on them. They are a little on the tall side,but very,very well made. Thanks overstock.com for such a great item at a great price.

Kari beautiful barstools (NeverAgainSam, Scottsdale, AZ, 2008-03-07)

These came & really are great looking---but the height is a bit much (we'll probably cut the bottoms & scale it down a couple of inches as unless u are 6-FT-7, u will have to hop up to get on them). Now, the value is terrific, but funny that I received an e-mail asking for a review as this a.m. I noticed a couple of cracks in the top of one of them & they've barely been used (hopefully a little glue will take care of the problem). Overall, tho, if u are looking for a great value, great looking barstools, these are for u.

I would recommend these stools to everyone looking for this type of look. I was looking forever for this look and quality. Believe me, it's hard to find quality you want with style & fair pricing. Unfortunately they were too tall and so, we decided to take a chance and cut them down (my husband is a carpenter) . They are just absolutely gorgeous and a statement to quality decor. for anyone. Don't hesitate .... for this price they ARE a STEAL & more !! Thank You !
