Great Watch (massanonymous, Massachusetts, 2008-02-29)

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who LOVES it. He had been looking at the Jacques Lemans watches for some time which he first saw on the Formula 1 site but hadn't made a purchase because of the price of the watches he liked ($500-$800). At a fraction of the cost I figured I couldn't go wrong since it's what he wanted. The watch exceeded expectations. The quality, weight, and feel of the watch is great. It is true that this is a large face but if you read the description of the watch it clearly states that the face is 45 mm (about 1 3/4 inches) which is true, it's about 50 mm (2 inches) if you measure from one side of the face to the end of the crown. Also the watch bracelet measures about 25 mm wide (1 inch) The size of the watch, for my boyfriend, is a good thing as it looks great on him. For others depending on your frame it might be a drawback. If you read the description carefully and it all seems like something you want I don't believe you will be disappointed with the quality once it arrives.
