Hoverlites - Lite on Quality (Herbiej, PA, 2008-01-15)

I bought these for my 12 year old son for Christmas. This product was not well constructed and you need a pilots license to get them to do anything other than go straight up and spin in circles. Very poor quality. They arrived with instructions for another brand/style/model of helicopter. Had to figure out how to operate these hoverlites on our own. Thought that we would be able to figure out how to fly them easily because the controler only had 2 levers but we were wrong. We spent only 15 minutes trying to fly them, they both, one then the other, crashed and broke to the point they could not be fixed. They have already gone to the garbage. My son was very disappointed.

I have flown some good, great and poor radio controlled vehicles in my time, this item by far is the worst. i got about thirty flights,far more then most have ever posted so far, the point is ,the vehicle has about a zero control factor, no matter what i did to salvage the flight,(follow the included instructions) it was to say the least,too hard to handle and had about a zero control factor. honestly,please don,t waste your time and or monies. If you value your short time that you have with your children as they grow up why add more frustration to the mix with this bogus product marcus

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WHEN ORDERING I WANTED A RED ONE AND A BLUE ONE SO MY GRANDSON AND HIS MOTHER COULD FLY THEM TO GETHER, THINKING THE RED WOULD BE ON ONE CHANNEL AND THE BLUE ON ANOTHER. NO I COULD NOT ORDER THAT WAY EATHER ALL RED OR ALL BLUE I WAS TOLD. WHEN I GOT THEM, YES THEY WERE BOTH ON THE SAME CHANNEL, SO THEY CAN NOT FLY THEM TOGETHER.

I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing this product from anywhere or anyone. It is poorly constructed, which makes it very easy to break if landed improperly. Which is hard to do, seeing as it is so hard to fly.
