Excellent product (greenacres77, N.New Hampshire, 2008-03-21)

I have been a commited Hot Tools purchaser for a few years. This size is hard to find and I was so happy to find it that I bought two of them.The best curling iron I know of and trust me I have bought many. These last a long time but be careful, they get VERY HOT. The only iron that works on my hair(stubbornly straight). I'm never without a spare!

Wrong size barrell (rasdiva, Colorado, 2008-03-05)

This was advertised as a 1/2" barrel, but was clearly larger than that, and therefore unuseable for me. And I am stuck with it because I missed the deadline for return (my fault). But I didn't get what was advertised!
