| I received my cleaner last night and was excited to try it out for use, i was amazed as to how easy it was to assemble and the instructions was plan to read in a step by step process to quickly get me familiar with my new machine. once i got started i wanted to just clean the whole house it was easy to move about the rooms with the wheels rolling gently and smooth and it was very light to use even being filled with water so just about any one can use it and my carpets look great after the cleaning and there was very little water in the carpet so it dried quickly. I can only hope that this will help other that are looking for a easy to use machine that cleans the floors like a professional cleaner would. |

| This did a great job of cleaning all our carpets including the area rugs. We have 4 cats and a dog and this cleaned up cat and dog messes and left a pleasant smell throughout the house. Definately a great buy as I will use this over and over again. I figure it probably already paid for itself in not having to have a professional come and clean the carpets. |

| While the machine was easy to assemble, I was taken back by how cheap it was made. It's all plastic parts! I 'm doubtful it will stand up to repeated use. I 'm guessing it will last for a total of 4 uses and you may as well plan on throwing it away and investing into a REAL commercial carpet extractor. |

| hoover is the best this rug shampooer was great i have three dogs that have accedents on the rug and this hoover got the stain and the smell out with no problem. it is easy to use and light to carry. buy this hoover. |
