Excellent Buy! (JoanAllison, Montana, 2008-05-06)

My husband and I bought an older (100 years old) home and found that several rooms had been added on that did not deliver enough heat. This was the answer to our prayers. We purchased two of them and now stay toasty all the time! The features all work and are so nice to have. It absolutely saves money because you only heat a room when you know you are going to be in it. You can "preheat" a room for just a few minutes before using it and it will be comfortable. The thermostat is wonderful because you don't get too hot. The timer means you can go to sleep warm but then have the room cooler (if that is how you prefer) for the rest of the night. The remote means you can change your mind!! We absolutely love these. Great buy!!!

This heater is perfect for what I was looking for. It has so many features and very simple to use. It puts off just the right amount of heat and if I get too hot I just point my remote at it and down the heat goes! And so simple to use. If you are looking for a small space heater that puts off just the right amount of heat at the touch of a button without having to get up, this is definitely the one for you. I highly recommend it.

I have an old honeywell heater in my office and I purchased this one because the old one I had was pretty good. Newer is not always better. It has the same tilt safety control which is great but it is 10 times noisier than my old one. The temperature guage doesn't take an accurate temp of the room and so it goes on and off frequently which is annoying. Definitely would not purchase another one

Ceramic Heater (Lindylou08, doty, washington, 2008-05-16)

This is a great little heater. We bought it to keep our travel trailer at a constant heat. You just set the temperature and it does the job. It has a remote control, which is a nice feature. It is easy to use and works really well. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to heat a small space. It uses very little electricty. It is a great value for the price.

Great little heater. Since the cost to heat an enitre home is so expensive - oil, propane and even electricity, this really fits the bill for a room. Thermostat controls the vicinity and the tip over feature is great. Local stores have a similiar heater for about 10-20 dollars more. Shipping at a $1.00 cheaper than local tax. Would buy another if needed it.
