Heavy Hands Handles with 3lb. Weights (Allenjm, Haymarket, Virginia, 2008-02-02)

I have used Heavy Hands in the past while I power walked and was so pleased with the definition of my arms. For a while, it seemed that you couldn't find them anymore. So I was delighted to see that are being made again. I was able to purchase a new set of handles, along with the 3lb. weights that I had lost years ago. The handles seem to be cut a little roomier than those made in the past, making them a bit more comfortable. I now use them when I am on my rebounder and it increases my workout level and provides a great workout for my upper body.

Excellent if looking for some extra resistance (kyon, SA, TX, 2008-02-28)

These are an excellent buy if you are just looking to add some resistance to an active workplace. One thing I find is that I have to tighten the straps a little snug to ensure that they stay on. I measured my calf and it matched the X-Large size but hindsight tells me I should have gone down a size. So if you are on the lower end of one of the sizes I would consider going down a size. But when these get wore out I'm sure I won't make the same mistake.

this one was a hassle w/ fedex came 2 weeks after it was supposed to but once it was here it was glorious! really sleek and comfortable, got them for my mom and she loves them! very inexpensive, great buy, would def reccomend!
