Where's The Ink? (graaace47, Terrell, TX, 2008-03-01)

I received my cartridges in the time given. However, they were hard to install and would not align correctly. Then the paper jammed every time we tried to print anything. The first test page looked okay, but when we put it in the scanner to complete the test, it came out all black. Then it would only print very lightly colored when it did print. My printer ink levels would not show because the cartridges were remanufactured, but my computer estimated the ink as being almost empty in both of them. I was very upset!!

Though a little apprehensive about purchasing a "remanufactured" cartridge, with two purchases so far I've not had any problems. Also, good turn-around time on the order, even when I had it shipped to the other side of the states as a gift.
