Grandson using these for winter weather, not snowboarding, and they're great! Bought these as a Christmas gift and once again, pleased with Overstock! Concerned about buying clothing on-line because of fit. He's thin so pants are usually too large around the waist for him so I was lucky they fit without a belt. They are nicely made, great fabric, and a slim fit. He was comfortable, loves the pockets and I loved the way they wash... full of mud at the time and they were easy to wipe off then throw in the washer. Great deal/buy and product. I'm sure the snowboarders out there would love them as well.

Nice outfit, but be careful with sizing (ShellyNM, NM, 2008-01-13)
 
I bought the khaki and the camouflage sets for my two sons for Christmas. Both are right around the 50% for height and 25% for weight. I bought a Medium (12) for the 11yr-old and a Large(14) for the one who just turned 14 (even though he wears size 12 shorts). They tried them on and looked like elves! The Lg fits the 11yr-old pretty well, though it's certainly none too big. So, they REALLY liked the style, but be careful on the sizing.

Size - runs small (MsDMM, NY, 2008-01-11)
 
I purchased these in a size L for my 10 yo son. These snowpants run small compared to other boys clothes that are size L. He did put them on but they were on the verge of being too small and probably wouldn't last the season. If there was a better guide to compare the sizes, I would have avoided the hassle of having to return them.

Great pants- well made, comfortable and warm. Also cool styling and pockets. Pants run a little bit small. My son wears a size 10-12 and the large is a little tight and short. The extra large would have probably been better!

These pants held up to a four hour snowboarding lesson! They are well made and comfortable. I know my Son will get lots of snow time in this winter with these pants.
