Men's watch bands can be sized to fit 7.5-inch to 8.5-inch wrists.

This watch has a screw-down crown (knob) for setting the time. Screw-down crowns create a stronger seal against the case than a push-and-pull knob, giving the watch a greater water resistance factor. To unscrew the crown, grasp the knob and turn it counter-clockwise (towards you) a number of times until it releases. Then pull or push the crown into position to set the time, date, and other functions. To close the crown, press it against the case while turning in a clockwise direction.

I took a chance and bought this watch (I was afraid of the "cheap" price.). When I got the watch, I was instantly impressed with the looks and the feel of it. It's a great looking watch and for the money... you can't go wrong. I haven't submerged it in the pool, and probably won't. I wore it to work and a friend noticed it while we were eating lunch. He asked about the watch, told me how much he liked it, and finally asked me what it cost. I told him, and he didn't believe me. I'll probably put a high-end leather band on it with a deployant clasp. It would then pass easily for a $500 piece. I love it. I gave it alll "5s" except fr features. It tells time and that's it... the features are minimal. For the price, who cares?
