Beautiful bed skirt (AbundanceProsperity, Portland, Oregon, 2009-02-20)

This bed skirt is well made & fabric of both the skirt and the platform are nice - much better than many I have seen. You will need to press it out when it arrives because it will be shmooshed & wrinkly. Fits my twin sized bed perfectly. The photo doesn't clearly demonstrate that on the ivory one the embroidery work around the cutouts of the eyelet is a shade or two darker than the fabric, making it stand out a bit more. Also there are curved lines of embroidery sort of like little vines in the solid part of the skirt - not visible on the photos - giving just a bit more detail & even more appeal. The fabric was pieced at a less than perfect place (not a corner) and is "there" to see about 2/3 down from the top of the bed. It is on the right side of the bed as you face it from the foot. In my case this is the side that shows, but that's just a matter of odds. In another person's room this might be on the back side and some sewers might place this seam on the left side. Just be aware that there IS a seam. It's a minor detail to me and since it wasn't custom created where seamstresses are on top of every detail, you get this sort of thing. I put my ivory bed skirt w/ a light green sateen duvet and it is very beautiful. Simple elegance.

Great Deal (Kitterkat, Seattle, 2009-04-01)

I bought the bedskirt to go along with the "antique" quilt from Overstock (which I love!). It looks quite nice with it. I got the ivory bedskirt but I would like to note that the thread color around the eyelets is more yellow that I would have expected from the photo. It looks ok with the quilt, however. Also, I have an iron "footboard" at the end of the bed (also bought from Overstock) and since the bedskirt does not have slits at the corners, the fabric has to drape over the edges. I suppose I could cut a slit and hem it, but I don't want to mess with it. Overall, this bed looks sweet!

Fresh Ideas Eyelet Lauren Ruffled 14-inch Bedskirt (judeye1, Highland Heights, KY, 2009-08-01)

In the process of having my entire condo painted, certain areas needed a fresh look as well. My guest room had a draped eyelet valance but the existing eyelet bedskirt was very "tired." Explored Overstock and, of course, found the perfect replacement. I love the look, great value, perfect fit for the full-size bed. Since I already had eyelet pillow shams in good shape and was planning to order a quilt (see Sweetheart Quilt), I didn't order the matching shams . . . tempted as I was! Shopping Overstock is so easy and always disappointment free!!! Thanks for being there.

Eyelet Bedskirt (fshng140, Cayce, South Carolina, 2009-10-30)

I had ordered the ecru colored eylet bedskirt to go with some eylet curtains i already had. I love this bedskirt . It fits my queen bed perfectly and goes with most any color scheme. I also ordered the Blooming Prairie Quilt and just love it. The colors are beautiful and bright and this is a very well made quilt. Light weight and when on the bed, falls right to the top of the skirt. Love this quilt and would recommed it to anyone who would like to brighten up a room for the winter months.

great value (MEfromNY, Yorktown, NY, 2009-08-02)

I wanted to buy this item in white color, but available was only in ecru. But I stopped mind it immediately after receiving the item. The ecru is very very light. For my new bed I purchase 2 same bedskirts 18" and 14" long. The bed got look of double tier bedskirt which looks very pretty and rich. I was shopping around and could not find anything so nice like this one. I would pay anywhere else as much or even more just for one single piece plus much higher shipping.I am very happy.
