Some Dings, but GREAT Vacuum! (Shopsridiculously, Seattle, WA, 2008-05-04)

Upon receiving the vacuum, I was a little nervous because the packaging had been compromised in shipping. The vacuum had some obvious wear and tear from the previous owner. However, the vacuum worked great. I had to empty the dust cup four times in just my living room! The dustcup is the only function of the vacuum I don't like because it is a little difficult to empty and put all back together again. My carpet looked much cleaner and almost new. It's compact design is great for small spaces. Easy to use. Good attachments. Overall, a really good deal. I t makes more sense for me to have this one than to have bought a lesser quality vacuum for the same price. And so what if it has dings? Who inspects vacuums?

this little bagless vac is nice to look at, lightweight and picks up very well until the filter gets clogged! And it doesn't take long maybe 2-3 times for it to lose suction. I would NOT recommend this because you MUST change or thoroughly clean out the filter almost every time you use it! And that is disgusting to deal with all the dust and debris. The hose doesn't reach very far before it starts whistling when stretched too long. Lovely design but poor filteration system. It is better to go with a bagged vac over this one folks :)

Short Lived (Lilith, Ontario, CA, 2008-08-19)

I've had this vacuum for about a year now. I purchased it because I wanted a light vacuum that was easy to move around and store. It worked great at first. After a few months things started going wrong. First the brushroll would freeze. I'd unplug it, clean off the roll, and it would work again for a while. Recently, however, the suction has gone intermittent. The brushroll is going strong, but there's no suction! Then the other day the whole thing died... then the handle broke. I give up!

I love this little vacuum cleaner. I have hard wood floors with some large area rugs in most rooms and tile in the baths. This vacuum is small and easy to use. The hose and attachments make dusting my shutters and upholstry a snap. I have a full size vacuum also that I use when I move the tables and vacuum the large area rugs. But moslty I use my Eureka Optima. Anyone who has back problems or finds the larger vacuums harder to use might like this one (like my mother).

hard to clean (druby38, Baltimore, MD, 2008-04-30)

I am not so happy with this bagless system. The cup fills up with dirt the first time you use it. We have a full carpeted apt , no pets. If you don't replace the filter, the vacuum won't pick up . I have had to shake, bang and brush the dust out of this filter in order to use my vacuum. I don't want a product that needs a repacement everytime it is used. It has turned out to be 10 times harder and dirtier to work with than a vacuum with a bag.
