Decent buy (Sandwichgeneration, Long Island, 2008-03-18)

Purchased this for my mom, who needed a chair that could recline and elevate her legs. Looked at the local stores but either the delivery time was too long, or the ones that were available were too "soft" and would not provide the support in the arms or back that she needed. She likes the color, which was true to the photo on the website. Came much more quickly (about 2 weeks) than the website said would occur (I felt OK ordering it because other reviewers mentioned how quickly it came and they were correct). I could see that the fabric will wear rather quickly with daily use and will need a cover of some type (you get what you pay for). Also, near the end of the reclining movement, there is an abrupt and rapid drop, which startled my mom the first time she used it (me too). The delivery man was nice and did not rush me as I struggled to get it out of the box (with a little unofficial help). I was lucky that I took the day off, as the promised call to my home to let me know the delivery was a half hour away never materialized (this call would have allowed me to come home from work in time to receive the chair). Glad I bought it but would not likely buy a second one.

Great Price (Anago7, Burke,Va, 2008-02-23)

The chair appears to be well made. I was very happy that it arrived so quickly. The chair is what it claims to be, and is a great price compared to others in its class. I must bring to your attention two items: you cannot independently lift the foot rest while the chair is upright and the chair must be a good distance (18 in.) from the wall in order to fully recline (this was a problem in my parent's narrow living room).

Easy Comfort Chair (MMCRN, Eustis, Florida, 2008-02-03)

My sister and I bought this chair for my Father. He loves it. It has helped him with his dependent edema problem and getting up and down. It is easy to operate and excellent workmanship. My Father received it seven days after we ordered it. Excellent price. Would highly recommend. Thanks, Overstock
